We start with locally milled grains for our crusts and then pile on the freshest, most flavorful meats, cheeses and vegetables — locally sourced whenever we can — to craft a 14″ pizza that’s like no pie you’ve ever tasted.
Our chef’s inspired take on pizza that makes our crusts a mouthwatering combination of soft on the edges but crispy on the bottom so you can pick up a slice and savor every bite. We’re creating new traditions every day at Barchetta, and welcome your creative additions. Feel free to customize any of our pizzas to fit your taste buds and dietary needs.

The same great things that make Barchetta such a fantastic spot to grab a bite with family and friends also makes it a great choice for your next private gathering, company or customer meeting, board dinner, or corporate event.
Our 220 square foot private dining room accommodates up to 14 people to mix, mingle and enjoy our delicious food and beverages. You’ll have dedicated servers, and we can even set a special menu just for your event. Flatscreen TVs and state-of-the-art audio and visual systems make it an ideal spot for company presentations or that embarrassing slideshow at a rehearsal dinner.

Before launching Barchetta, Chef and Founder Jesse Jensen was inspired by his work as Chef de Cuisine for Pizzeria Locale. He also spent time honing his culinary creativity in the kitchens of Basta, and The Wolf’s Tailor.
Founder Tim Miller, has been a pillar of the Boulder start-up tech community for decades, building businesses that disrupt the status quo and leading cultures of innovation, collaboration and individual empowerment. Tim has been named CEO of the Year by ColoradoBiz magazine, in part due to his servant leader style of management. Rally Software, the company he co-founded in 2003 and took to successful IPO in 2013, was repeatedly named one of the best places to work by Outside magazine, Fortune and the Wall Street Journal.
